How Can You Help Us?

Sponsorship is an essential part in ensuring that the Central Alberta Children’s Festival is accessible to all families.

With our admission fee of only $10 per person/day, or $35 per family day pass, every family can enjoy the world-class entertainment and all activities. Included with the admission, families will also have access to free snacks.

Please help us deliver a first-rate festival to all Central Albertans. Sponsorships are still needed in the following areas:

– Advertising and Promotions
– Printing
– Storage Space for Several Months
– Financial Contributions

Where Does The Donated Money Go

The money collected helps with the following and more:
  • Water stations
  • Imagination Station
  • Snack Stop
  • Help a bus load of school children
  • Equipment rental

How to Become a Volunteer

Volunteer Commitment

Volunteers are essential to the overall success of the festival. Safety and security are paramount so volunteers are expected to show up on time and prepared to do their assigned tasks. Volunteers may have to pass a police security check depending on their duties. Volunteers may be reassigned at any time at the direction of a Volunteer Coordinator.

Orientation & Volunteer Party details:

Date: Wednesday May 29, 2024
Time: 5:30pm – 7:30pm
Location: Rotary Recreation Park

Details: Serving light refreshments. Giving out t-shirts as well as the
opportunity for captains to meet their teams. We will also be walking the
festival grounds to give tours to volunteers.
